Annual General Meeting Potluck

Coordinator — Vacant

This person coordinates all aspects of the potluck dinner which traditionally follows the AGM and election of officers on the last Monday of April.

Art in the Park

Outdoor art sales on the grounds of the N.W.M.P. barracks on summer weekends. This is now run by the Canmore Museum. Interested artists should contact Debbie Carrico at info@cmags.org

artsPeak

CAAG Representative — Vacant

This representative attends artsPeak meetings and reports back to the Board and general meetings on any aspect of interest to CAAG.

Christmas Fair

Coordinator — Vacant

The coordinator organizes tables and participation in this one or two weekend Fair during the Small Gems show.

Christmas Party and Potluck

This annual get-together is held in the gallery, typically in early December.
