At the present time there are no artists on the waiting list.
When the gallery schedule is established and approved by the membership, the time slots for private shows will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis. The first person on the list will have first choice of those slots, then the second person, and so on down the list until all private exhibition slots are filled for that year. Anyone who declines a slot, or is otherwise left on the list, will be carried over into the following year.
All private exhibitors are encouraged to invite in another artist or two. This not only helps to share the cost and workload of putting on a private exhibition, it also gives more members the opportunity to participate in a private show.
A $100.00 deposit, payable to CAAG, will be required at the time of the request.
